Abstract

78 people with chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic glomerulonephritis were examined.  The frequency of occurrence of such a symptom as pain in the lumbar region was studied. Chronic kidney disease was detected based on glomerular filtration rate and evaluated according to KDIGO criteria.  It was found that 62.8% of patients with chronic kidney disease experience lower back pain. At the same time, in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, lower back pain was 1.58 times more common than in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. At the same time, among patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, the number of people with lower back pain was 3 times more than patients without this symptom.
