Ushbu maqolada katta hajmli ma‘lumotlarni saqlash tizimlarining xususiyatlari, turlari, ishlash algoritmlari va qurilish arxitekturalarini tahlili amalga oshirilgan. Shu bilan birga, paralellik, taqsimlash, tartiblash va uzatish kabi katta hajmli ma'lumotlarni saqlash tizimlarining yuqori darajadagi ish rejalarini bajarish uchun qo‘llaniladigan xususiyatlari ham yoritiladi.
