The World Bank, as a vital international financial institution, operates through a structured organizational framework comprising five key institutions, each with distinct roles in promoting global economic development and poverty reduction. This classification includes the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Development Association (IDA), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). These institutions collectively work to provide financial assistance, policy advice, technical support, and investment guarantees to developing countries. The main tasks of the World Bank involve reducing poverty, supporting sustainable development, enhancing infrastructure, promoting education and health services, and fostering private sector growth through comprehensive international cooperation and development initiatives.
