Abstract

Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida pedagog kadrlarning kasbiy rivojlanishini ta’minlovchi ichki va tashqi omillar kompleks tarzda tahlil etilgan. Ichki omillar sifatida shaxsiy motivatsiya, o‘z-o‘zini rivojlantirish ehtiyoji, kasbiy kompetensiyalarni oshirishga qaratilgan individual faoliyatlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tashqi omillar esa ta’lim siyosati, rahbarlik strategiyalari, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi, hamda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muhit kabi jihatlar orqali yoritilgan. Maqolada ichki va tashqi omillar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinib, kasbiy rivojlanishni samarali ta’minlash uchun ularning uyg‘un holda amal qilishi zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, pedagoglarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlashda tashkilot ichidagi innovatsion muhit va tashqi resurslardan foydalanish imkoniyatlariga ham alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
