Abstract

The integration of arts into STEM education, forming the STEAM approach, has gained significant attention in recent years. This paper explores the theoretical foundations, practical implementations, and potential benefits of incorporating arts disciplines into science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Through an interdisciplinary lens, it examines the role of creativity, innovation, and holistic learning in fostering a well-rounded educational experience. Drawing upon existing literature, case studies, and empirical evidence, this paper advocates for the adoption of STEAM education as a means to cultivate critical thinking skills, promote problem-solving abilities, and prepare students for the complexities of the modern world.
